Introduction

Traditional Chinese medicine (also known as TCM) includes a range of traditional medical practices originating in China. It is considered a Complementary or Alternative Medical system in much of the western world while remaining as a form of primary care throughout most of Asia.
TCM practices include treatments such as herbal medicine, acupuncture, dietary therapy, Tui na and Shiatsu massage; often Qigong and Taiji are also strongly affiliated with TCM.
TCM theory is extremely complex and originated thousands of years ago through meticulous observation of nature, the cosmos, and the human body. Major theories include those of Yin-yang, the Five Phases, the human body Channel system, Zang Fu organ theory, six confirmations, four layers, etc.

Cupping: Cupping is a treatment using vacuum cups sucked firmly on the skin. Local skin or muscle is stimulated by heat, then it becomes to the state of blood stasis to cure many diseases.
Indications: Cupping therapy has already been found to be particularly effective in acesodyne, detumescence, improving blood and qi as well as eliminating toxin. It is especially good for gastrointestinal disease, such as stomach and abdominal pain; pulmonary diseases, such as cough, asthma and common cold. It is also intended for arthralgia , periarthritis of shoulder, muscle aches, neuralgia, waist and leg pains, cervical diseases etc.
Experts from Beijing University of Chinese Medicine will carry out the cupping therapy.
Treatment time is 15minutes/per time

Qigong: Based on the traditional Chinese medical theories of Jing-luo, Shuxue, Qi-xue, Qigong is an effective way to keep fit, prevent disease and to promote the complete harmony of bode and mind. Influencing on the theories of Taoitsm, Confucianism, Buddhism and traditional Chinese medicine, qigong has been formed as a unique way to exercise, which means a unity concept of concentration of human and nature, body and spirit. The prevailing forms of qigong in the resent time including : Wuzi jue, Eight-sectioned Exercise (Baduan Jin), Five-animal Exercise (Wuqin xi ), which have been widely acknowledged as an effective way to keep fit and prevent the disease.
Fitting for:It is suitable for almost everyone: healthy sub-healthy or sick.. Healthy people can benefit from the amazing functions of Qigong. Not only can Qigong develop immunity in the body, it can make the people energetic as well. It fits for the group with chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS), such as cardiovascular disease, nervous system disease, insomnia, headache and tumor.

The slow soft and continuously flowing movements appear on the surface. However, it is a cultivation of one’s internal mind and the external physical body energy. Insisting on practicing Thai chi can promoting the complete harmony of bode and mind, which exerts positive influence on the respiratory system, gastrointestinal system and circulatory system. Enjoying high reputations internationally, Thai chi has been widely acknowledged as a high quality health preserving way combining with culture, cultivation and athlete.
Fitting for:It is suitable for almost anyone; no matter he is old or young, healthy or sick. Not only can Thai chi build the healthy people up, it can relax one’s body and soul as well.
